Get A Life is the manifesto of the Anti-TV organisation White Dot. The Guardian newspaper described the book as "the finest rant available between hardcovers."

It rants a bit too much perhaps, but it's quite a great alternative to "TV corrupts our youth". In fact my favourite section is the one that argues TV makes our youth boring. Get out on the streets and cause trouble!
